A knowledge base for your team: spaces of pages, written in Docs, reviewed on a schedule and approved before they go live. Pages is new, and still growing.
Coming soon
Stetley Pages is in preview with a few teams. It opens to everyone soon.
What it does
- Pages that don’t go stale
- Every page can have a review date. Its owner is reminded when it passes, and readers see a note that it may be out of date.
- Approved before it’s live
- Pages go from draft to review to published. Readers keep the live version until a new one is approved, and every approval is recorded.
- History you can trust
- Every version is kept, with a word-by-word comparison between any two, and one click to restore.
- Bring Confluence with you
- Import a Confluence space export. A dry run first shows what converts and what needs a look; then your page tree, tables, images and links come across as drafts.
Templates
Runbook, decision record (ADR), meeting notes, policy, release notes and how-to, each with a sensible review interval. See the runbook and decision record templates.
Good to know
- A page is a Docs document, so you write it with the editor you already know, or publish a Word file.
- The read view loads no script at all.
- Readers are counted per page per day; no reader is ever recorded.

Questions
Can I move from Confluence?
Yes. Export your Confluence space as XML and import the .zip. A dry run shows what converts before anything is imported.
Who can read a page?
The members of its space. You can also make a link for one page, which opens only that page’s live version.
Is Pages finished?
It’s new. The essentials work end to end; more is coming.
