This form asks for names, because an RSVP needs them: the organiser sees who answered. Edit the options to suit a party, a meeting or a school event.

How to use it

  1. Choose Use this template and add your event’s date and place to the description.

  2. Send the link with your invitation.

  3. See the headcount in the live summary, and export the answers to CSV for the caterer.

No. Anyone with the link can answer.

Can I see who said yes?

Yes. This form isn’t anonymous, so you see each person’s answers.
